The dessert features a velvety pistachio ganache core hidden within the soft serve, surrounded by a pistachio chocolate shell, dark chocolate fudge, and topped with crushed Sicilian roasted pistachios. All of this is served in a photogenic waffle cone bowl, making it as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.
Inspired by a Classic Italian Pairing
The creation of this dessert was influenced by the classic Italian combination of chocolate and pistachio, a pairing that has stood the test of time.
According to Amado Forés, the owner of a Mano, the collaboration with Chef Nouel Catis inspired this new offering. “Through the collaboration, we saw how much diners enjoyed the combination of pistachios and chocolate, which aligned perfectly with our plans at a Mano,” he shared.
This dessert is a natural progression of their previous Dubai Soft Serve, with a fresh twist that highlights the beloved pistachio-chocolate blend.

The Pistachios & Chocolate Fudge Burrata Soft Serve is priced at P370 (P260 for the soft serve, P60 for the toppings, and P50 for the waffle cone bowl). It will be available at the following a Mano branches:
