The Michelin Guide has finally arrived in the Philippines. At a historic ceremony on October 30, 2025, inspectors unveiled 108 recognized restaurants, awarding the country’s first-ever Michelin Stars. Helm, by Chef Josh Boutwood, received two stars, while eight other restaurants, including Toyo Eatery, Hapag, and Gallery by Chele, earned one star.
