Jazz Nicolas on The Itchyworms’ Songwriting
Drummer and vocalist Jazz Nicolas also sees the tour as a chance to introduce OPM to more listeners. He points to the band’s cross generational songwriting as one of its strengths.
“It’s like hiding medicine in chocolate. We like to put petty or tragic lyrics inside a catchy pop melody,” Nicolas says.
