Yves is giving Filipino fans a more personal look into her creative world through “A Little of BOTH — photographs & notes by Yves,” a pop-up photography exhibition opening at Pocket Makati on October 23, 2026. The Manila stop runs until November 9, joining four other Asian cities in the project. Through personal photographs and handwritten notes, the South Korean artist invites fans to connect with her beyond music ahead of her upcoming EP, Cute & Anxiety.

Yves Invites Fans to See the World Through Her Lens

The top heading reads "A LITTLE OF BOTH - PHOTOGRAPHS & NOTES BY YVES," noting her Asia tour and fifth EP Cute & Anxiety releasing on November 20, 2026. Pop-up dates and venues are listed for five cities: Bangkok, Hong Kong, Manila (at Pocket Makati, October 23 – November 8, 2026), Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.

With “A Little of BOTH,” Yves brings her interest in photography into a shared space. The exhibition features photographs taken by the artist herself. Visitors can also leave her a handwritten note, creating a personal exchange between Yves and her fans.

Rather than a traditional music showcase, the pop-up offers a different way to experience her creative perspective. It gives fans a glimpse into the places, moments, and details that catch her attention outside the recording studio.

The exhibition also has a visual theme tied to her upcoming music. Visitors are invited to wear a touch of red if they wish, reflecting the direction of her fifth EP, Cute & Anxiety.

For Filipino fans, the Manila stop provides an opportunity to explore another side of Yves’ artistry. It also offers a more intimate experience ahead of the Asia leg of her Yves Tour 2026 in early November.

Pocket Makati Hosts the Manila Pop-Up

Manila is one of five Asian cities hosting “A Little of BOTH.” For the project, Yves partners with third spaces that reflect her personal interests. These include thrift shops, cafés, and vinyl bars.

The participating locations create a map of places she might personally enjoy visiting in each city. As a result, the exhibition connects her photography with the character of each local space.

Here are the announced locations and dates for the five-city pop-up:

  • Manila: Pocket Makati — October 23 to November 9, 2026
  • Hong Kong: Mercury Recalls — October 23 to November 8, 2026
  • Singapore: STAKEOUT — October 23 to November 4, 2026
  • Bangkok: To chare — October 23 to November 6, 2026
  • Kuala Lumpur: udou — October 23 to November 7, 2026

All five exhibitions open on October 23. However, each location has its own closing date, so fans visiting outside Manila should check the schedule for their city.

‘Cute & Anxiety’ Explores Two Sides of Emotion

The photo exhibition also offers an early look into Cute & Anxiety, Yves’ upcoming five-track EP. Set for release on November 20, 2026, the project explores the blurred line between cuteness and anxiety.

Its concept looks at how different feelings can exist at the same time. Outside affection and positive energy can meet inner doubts, excuses, and what the announcement describes as a kind of “bad courage.” Through these contrasts, Yves explores the challenge of finding balance.

Before the full EP arrives, she will release a double single featuring “Hysteric” and “Adam” on October 27.

The two tracks explore different stages of anxiety. “Hysteric” captures the feeling as it unfolds, while “Adam” focuses on the lingering emotions that remain after it passes.

Together, the songs introduce the emotional territory of Cute & Anxiety. They also give listeners a preview of the ideas behind the upcoming release.

Physical pre-orders for the EP are now open. Available editions include a 34-page photobook, further connecting the project with Yves’ interest in visual storytelling.

Yves Continues to Expand Her Solo Identity

First introduced to a wider audience through K-pop group LOONA, Yves began her solo career in 2024 under the label PAIX PER MIL. Her releases include LOOP and I Did.

Since then, she has continued exploring her sound through Soft Error in 2025 and NAIL in April 2026. She has also worked with international artists, including PinkPantheress on “Soap,” Lolo Zouaï on “NAIL,” and Lexie Liu on “Break it.”

Her music connects K-pop with global alternative pop. This approach has helped shape a solo identity that leaves room for experimentation and personal expression.

Now, “A Little of BOTH” extends that creative approach into photography. The exhibition gives fans another way to understand the artist’s interests while building anticipation for her next musical chapter.
