Ylona Garcia has released ylona, so far. (live), a nine-track live album marking her first decade in music. Released on October 5, 2026, via Sony Music Entertainment Philippines, the project is now available on streaming platforms.

Recorded during Ylona’s 10 Year Manila Exclusive Set at Backyard Live, the 24-minute album revisits songs from different stages of her career through new live versions. For Garcia, the project also became a way to reconnect with her past, heal, and reclaim ownership of her story as an artist.

Ylona Garcia Looks Back on 10 Years Through a Live Album

ylona, so far. (live) brings together nine songs that span Garcia’s career, from earlier releases such as “my name is ylona garcia” and “o pag ibig” to later tracks including “don’t go changing” and “entertain me.”

Rather than simply recreating the original recordings, Garcia approached the songs from the perspective of the artist she is today. She described revisiting her catalog as a healing exercise and a way to take greater ownership of her story.

The album was recorded during her 10 Year Manila Exclusive Set at Backyard Live. The release should not be described as a recording of both of Garcia’s September anniversary performances unless Sony Music Entertainment Philippines confirms that separately.

‘ylona, so far. (live)’ Tracklist

The live album includes nine songs:

  1. “my name is ylona garcia (live)”
  2. “lie so well (live)”
  3. “space (live)”
  4. “dahan dahan dahan lang (live)”
  5. “o pag ibig (live)” featuring Bailey May
  6. “don’t go changing (live)”
  7. “don’t say goodbye (live)”
  8. “win the fight (live)”
  9. “entertain me (live)”

The full project runs for nine songs and about 24 minutes. Fans can listen to ylona, so far. (live) on Apple Music and other digital streaming platforms.

Ylona Garcia Reunites With Bailey May

One of the album’s full-circle moments comes on “o pag ibig (live),” which reunites Garcia with Bailey May.

The two first became known to many Filipino fans during their younger years in entertainment. Their reunion for the live performance gives the song a different meaning after years of growth for both artists.

Garcia shared that she and May had not seen each other since they were 16 before reconnecting for the performance.

Their reunion also fits the wider theme of ylona, so far. (live). The project looks back at important parts of Garcia’s career while giving her the space to revisit those memories from a new point of view.

The Project Became a Healing Exercise for Ylona Garcia

For Garcia, the live album was about more than marking 10 years in music.

She has described revisiting her older songs as a “healing experience.” The process allowed her to reconnect with music she first performed at a much younger age while reflecting on how much she has changed since then.

The project also gave Garcia a chance to reclaim ownership of her story.

After spending much of her career growing up in public, the live set allowed her to revisit familiar songs on her own terms. Instead of leaving those tracks in the past, she returned to them with a clearer sense of who she is today.

That idea runs throughout ylona, so far. (live), which presents familiar songs through performances shaped by Garcia’s current voice and perspective.

The anniversary project will continue beyond the live album.

Ylona Garcia Marked Her 10th Anniversary With Manila Performances

Before the release of ylona, so far. (live), Garcia celebrated her 10th anniversary in the industry with two Manila events in September 2026.

Backyard Live: Ylona Garcia Spotlight took place on September 4 at Backyard Warehouse Studio in Baesa, Quezon City.

The invitation-only performance served as Garcia’s 10 Year Manila Exclusive Set and became the recording behind the live album.

A day later, Garcia held 10 Years of Ylona Garcia: Live at Venice Grand Canal Mall in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

The September 5 event gave fans another chance to see Garcia perform as she marked a decade since the beginning of her career.

Since both September events have already concluded, registration details and old sign-up links are no longer necessary in the updated article.

Ylona Garcia’s First Decade Gets a New Perspective

ylona, so far. (live) turns Garcia’s 10th anniversary into more than a retrospective.

By revisiting songs connected to different stages of her career, the album shows how her relationship with her own music has changed over time. It also gives longtime listeners a chance to hear familiar tracks through a more personal and reflective live set.

The nine-track album is now available on streaming platforms, while more Backyard Live performance videos are expected through Ylona Garcia’s official YouTube channel.
