LISA is back with new solo music. The BLACKPINK star has released her six-track EP, PRESS PLAY, through LLOUD Co. and RCA Records. Out October 23, 2026, the project takes inspiration from cinema and invites listeners to experience its songs like scenes in a movie. Alongside the release, LISA also unveiled the official music video for “Tarantino,” the EP’s focus track.

With PRESS PLAY, LISA builds her latest release around a cinematic concept. The six-track EP moves through different sounds and moods while keeping its focus on her evolving identity as a solo artist.

The project features “SaWaDiKa,” “V12,” “Cobra,” “Tarantino,” “Cut U Off,” and “Sweat.” Each track adds to the EP’s overall listening experience, while its movie-inspired concept gives the release a distinct creative direction.

Fans can now listen to PRESS PLAY on digital music platforms worldwide. The EP follows LISA’s debut solo album, Alter Ego, which arrived in February 2025.

That album featured several notable collaborations and solo releases, including “Rockstar,” “New Woman” with ROSALÍA, and “Born Again” with Doja Cat and Raye. Since then, LISA has continued to expand her presence across music, fashion, film, and entertainment.

With PRESS PLAY, she returns to the spotlight with a new collection that builds on her solo career.

‘Tarantino’ Music Video Follows an Action-Packed Mission

The release also comes with the official music video for “Tarantino.” The visual follows LISA on a mission through a hotel as she tries to deliver a note to her favorite director, Quentin Tarantino.

However, the journey does not go smoothly. The video features action sequences and fights as LISA takes on anyone who stands in her way. Its fast-paced scenes give the track a cinematic treatment that fits the EP’s central concept.

The video also highlights LISA’s performance skills beyond music. Known for her dancing and stage presence, she brings movement and action to the visual.

‘SaWaDiKa’ Leads the Way Into the New EP

Before PRESS PLAY, LISA introduced the project with “SaWaDiKa.” The title draws from a traditional Thai greeting meaning “hello,” connecting the song to her Thai roots.

Its accompanying music video was filmed in Bangkok, LISA’s native city. The video reportedly reached 70.8 million views within its first 24 hours on YouTube. This placed it among LISA’s biggest YouTube debuts and made it the platform’s biggest music video debut of 2026, according to the release announcement.

The song also made an impact on the Billboard Hot 100. It debuted at No. 69, marking LISA’s highest debut on the chart.

She later performed “SaWaDiKa” for the first time on television at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards. During the ceremony, she also won Best Pop for “Dream,” featuring Kenatro Sakaguchi. The win made her the first solo K-pop artist to take home the category, according to the announcement.

These milestones helped build anticipation for PRESS PLAY. Now, the full EP gives listeners more music to explore beyond its lead single.

LISA’s busy year continues beyond the EP. In November, she will launch VIVA LA LISA, her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

The residency currently has six scheduled performances on November 12, 13, 14, 27, 28, and 29, 2026. According to Caesars Entertainment, the first four dates sold out in under 10 minutes. Two additional dates were then added due to demand.

The shows will also mark a milestone for K-pop. LISA is set to become the first K-pop artist to perform a Las Vegas residency.

Meanwhile, she has expanded her work into film. Her feature documentary, Always Lalisa, directed by Sue Kim, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival before its theatrical release. The documentary follows LISA through a major period in her solo career, including the release of Alter Ego, the launch of LLOUD, and her solo Coachella debut.

She has also made her acting debut as Mook in the third season of HBO’s The White Lotus. In addition, she is set to take on a major film role in TYGO, part of the Extraction universe.
