CIBO Celebrates 28 Years of Italian Comfort Food with Bold Flavors and Exciting Promos

· · · · ·

What started in 1997 as a vision to bring Italian home-style cooking to the Philippines has become a staple in Filipino dining culture. CIBO, now celebrating its 28th anniversary, is marking this milestone with fresh dishes, creative pastries, kid-friendly experiences, exclusive loyalty rewards, and exciting nationwide promos—all rooted in its passion for quality, flavor, and community.

Fresh Southern Italian Flavors on the Menu

CIBO’s Executive Chef Jorge Mendez introduces two limited-edition dishes available from August 5 to September 30, 2025. The Tubettoni alla ‘Nduja is a spicy and creamy pasta made with ‘Nduja sausage, burrata, tomato tsukemono, and stewed tomatoes. The ‘Nduja Pizza takes similar flavors and brings them to a pizza format with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and burrata. These bold dishes offer a rich taste of Southern Italy with a modern twist.

Pastries Inspired by Filipino Favorites

Two new seasonal pastries showcase the fusion of Italian techniques and Filipino comfort:

  • Turon Bomboloni: banana cream custard with caramelized banana
  • Ube Maritozzo: ube custard, whipped cream, and caramelized coconut

Each costs ₱129, or you can enjoy an assorted box of six for ₱549. The box includes three seasonal flavors and three signature CIBO pastries.

Club Bimbi Returns for Young Diners

CIBO reintroduces Club Bimbi, now available at all branches starting August 5. Created for kids aged 12 and under, it includes a membership card, activity placemats, and fun characters called Cibots—vegetable-inspired mascots that make dining interactive and healthy.

One of the most exciting perks is the “Bimbi, You Eat Free” offer. For every ₱2,000 dine-in transaction, a child gets a full set meal worth ₱599, including an appetizer, main, and dessert.

LEALTÀ Loyalty Program Gets a Boost

CIBO’s LEALTÀ Program is also getting a refresh with enhanced rewards across all channels.

A Flavorful Legacy Built on Community

For 28 years, CIBO has been more than just a restaurant. It has become a place where families gather, children grow up loving vegetables, and generations share stories over pasta and pizza. From its early days to its modern-day revamp, CIBO continues to blend tradition and innovation on every plate.
