Now in its third 4-wheel edition, CIFOS will bring motorsport fans, drivers, collectors, builders, car clubs, photographers, and families together at the Clark Freeport Zone.

This year’s program includes the PHIMOS Cup, Tour d’Elegance, On The Grid car meet, The Pitlane automotive showcase, and Rev & Dine food bazaar.

Tickets start at ₱500 for a one-day general admission pass.

CIFOS 2026 Runs for Three Days

The 4-Wheels Festival starts on Friday, October 16, and ends on Sunday, October 18.

Each day has a different focus.

October 16 opens with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and media day. Drivers will also take part in PHIMOS Cup practice and qualifying sessions.

The bigger community activities arrive on October 17. These include Tour d’Elegance, track sessions, racing, and the On The Grid nighttime car meet.

October 18 wraps up the weekend with the PHIMOS Cup finals and closing ceremonies.

The official schedule currently lists:

  • October 16: Gates open, ribbon cutting, media day, PHIMOS Cup practice and qualifying
  • October 17: Tour d’Elegance, CIFOS Track Experience, race card, and On The Grid
  • October 18: PHIMOS Cup finals and closing ceremonies

Visitors can also check The Pitlane and food areas during the festival.

Tour d’Elegance Returns on October 17

One of the main events is Tour d’Elegance, which returns on Saturday, October 17.

The curated drive brings together classic cars, exotic vehicles, heritage models, and custom builds.

Participants will first gather at the Clark Parade Grounds for a Cars & Coffee assembly.

From there, the group will drive through Clark landmarks before reaching Clark International Speedway for a ceremonial lap.

Registered vehicles will then join the CIFOS Track Experience, a guided and non-competitive circuit session.

Tour d’Elegance drew 236 vehicles in 2025.

For 2026, CIFOS will also recognize the largest participating car group or club.

Participation in Tour d’Elegance requires a separate registration and is not automatically included with a festival ticket.

PHIMOS Cup Brings Racing Back to the Track

Motorsport remains at the center of the festival.

The PHIMOS Cup will run across the three-day weekend, starting with practice and qualifying on October 16.

Racing continues on October 17 before the finals on October 18.

That means visitors who mainly want to watch cars on track can find racing activity throughout the weekend rather than on just one day.

Clark International Speedway has a full circuit length of 4.189 kilometers, 18 corners, and a minimum track width of 12 meters.

The circuit opened in 2008 and sits inside the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

Clark International Speedway President Johnny Tan said CIFOS supports a larger goal for the area.

“Through CIFOS, we wish to help establish Clark Freeport Zone as the epicenter of Philippine motorsports and a renowned travel and tourism destination for automotive and motorcycle events in Southeast Asia.”

On The Grid Turns Into a Night Car Meet

Saturday continues after the daytime racing.

On The Grid brings custom cars and local automotive groups together at the speedway for the festival’s nighttime car meet.

Visitors can check out modified vehicles and community builds while DJs and food stalls continue around the festival grounds.

The setup gives car owners and clubs another part of the weekend outside competitive racing.

For people who are more interested in builds than lap times, Saturday may be the best day to attend.

CIFOS says the evening section is open to custom builds, car crews, and regular festival ticket holders.

The Pitlane Brings Automotive Brands Together

Visitors can also head to The Pitlane, CIFOS’ official exhibit and display area.

Automotive brands, dealerships, builders, aftermarket suppliers, and other companies can showcase products throughout the weekend.

The nearby Auto/Moto Bazaar adds parts, accessories, apparel, and gear.

The section gives attendees something to do between track sessions.

Car owners looking for parts or upgrades can also speak directly with participating businesses.

The final exhibitor list may still change before the festival, so visitors looking for a certain brand should check CIFOS updates closer to October 16.

Rev & Dine Adds a Food Bazaar

A full day at the racetrack does not have to mean leaving the venue to find food.

CIFOS will again have its Rev & Dine food zone.

The area is open to food stalls, trucks, beverage sellers, and pop-up concepts.

Organizers say the selection may include Filipino food, international dishes, street food, coffee, juices, and other drinks.

The final food vendor lineup has not yet been posted on the official festival site.

Visitors should expect separate purchases at each stall rather than a food package included in the regular ticket.

CIFOS Also Has a Motorcycle Weekend in November

The October festival focuses on four wheels, but CIFOS will return to Clark for a separate motorcycle weekend.

The 2-Wheel Edition runs from November 27 to 29, 2026.

Its program includes MORAC GP racing, the Gypsy Tour, TamBikes nighttime gathering, The Pitlane, and Rev & Dine.

The Gypsy Tour serves as the motorcycle counterpart to Tour d’Elegance.

In 2025, the ride brought together 339 motorcycles.

Visitors mainly interested in cars should choose the October dates, while motorcycle fans can return for the November run.
