South Korean actor Hwang In Youp is set to return to Manila this October for his 2026 fan meeting tour, “To You.” The Manila stop will take place on October 31 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
The event gives Filipino fans another chance to meet the actor in person after his previous Manila appearances. It is part of his wider 2026 “To You” fan meeting tour, which is visiting cities across Asia and South America.
TicketNet, the official ticketing platform for the Manila event, currently lists the show for 7 p.m. on October 31, 2026. Ticket prices range from ₱5,000 to ₱11,500, depending on the ticket tier.

How much are the tickets?
There are four ticket categories for the Manila fan meeting.
- SVIP: ₱11,500
- VIP: ₱9,000
- Gold: ₱7,000
- Silver: ₱5,000
These prices are confirmed on the current TicketNet event listing. GMA News also reported the same prices when the ticket details were announced in August.
All ticket holders are entitled to an exclusive event photocard, according to details released for the Manila event.
The higher ticket tiers also come with special fan benefits. SVIP and VIP ticket holders are entitled to a Hi-Touch opportunity with Hwang In Youp. There are also limited photo and signed-item benefits for selected SVIP and VIP ticket holders.
For SVIP holders, 500 people will be selected for a 1:20 group photo. Another 100 SVIP holders will be selected for a 1:2 photo with Hwang In Youp. A further 150 will receive a pre-signed poster, while 10 will receive a pre-signed Polaroid. VIP ticket holders will have 100 slots for the 1:20 group photo.

When did ticket sales begin?
Ticket sales were announced for TicketNet in late August.
GMA Entertainment reported that general ticket sales would begin on August 30 at noon through TicketNet outlets nationwide and the TicketNet website. Another GMA News report published the following day gave August 31 as the ticket-sale date, creating a discrepancy in the published reports.
Because the current TicketNet page now lists the event and provides a purchase link, fans should rely on TicketNet for the present ticket status rather than older sale announcements.
As of September 17, 2026, the event remains listed on TicketNet for October 31.
What has Hwang In Youp said to Filipino fans?
Hwang In Youp has also sent a personal message to his Philippine fans ahead of the Manila event.
In a video message shared on August 16, he invited Filipino fans to meet him at the New Frontier Theater.
“I’m coming back to Manila to meet my Filipino HIYILYs once again. I really, really missed you.”
The message was reported by GMA Entertainment, which said the actor also told fans that he was excited to see them and ended with the Filipino words, “Mahal ko kayo. Kita-kits.”
The message came ahead of his October 31 appearance and follows his earlier visits to the country.
Hwang In Youp’s previous Manila visits
The “To You” event will not be Hwang In Youp’s first fan meeting in the Philippines.
GMA News reported that he last visited Manila in 2025 for his “In Love” fan meeting, which was also held at the New Frontier Theater. He had also visited Manila in 2022 for another fan meeting.
TicketNet’s current event description also notes that Hwang In Youp previously studied in the Philippines and has held a fan meeting in Manila.
His connection to the Philippines has been mentioned in previous interviews. GMA News reported in 2026 that the actor had spoken about his time in the country during a 2022 press conference. He also talked about some of the Filipino food he likes, including kwek-kwek, pineapples and dried mangoes.
What is the “To You” tour?
The Manila event is one stop on Hwang In Youp’s 2026 “To You” fan meeting tour.
According to Soompi, the tour began in Seoul on August 23 and includes stops in Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Santiago, São Paulo, Osaka and Tokyo. Osaka and Tokyo did not have dates attached when the tour schedule was first announced.
The Manila date is set for October 31. Other announced dates include Bangkok on October 10, Jakarta on October 24, Santiago on November 19 and São Paulo on November 21.
The tour allows Hwang In Youp to meet fans outside South Korea while continuing his international fan events.
What is Hwang In Youp known for?
Hwang In Youp became widely known internationally after playing Han Seo Jun in the Korean drama “True Beauty.” He has since appeared in several other Korean series, including “18 Again,” “The Sound of Magic,” “Why Her?” and “Family by Choice.”
He is also currently associated with the romantic comedy drama “Dream to You,” where he stars alongside Lee Hye-ri, according to GMA Entertainment.
His acting work has helped build an international fan base, which is reflected in the number of cities included in the “To You” tour.
