On Store in BGC Opens November 7 as the Swiss Brand’s First in the Philippines

Runners in Manila, get your shoes ready. On, the running brand from Switzerland, is opening its first dedicated store in the Philippines. The On store in BGC opens on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Central Square on 5th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City, The Diarist reported.
The store is run by SSI Group, Inc., which is now the brand’s official distributor in the country. Also, the opening day comes with a free community run and a chance to try new shoes.
What to Expect at the On Store in BGC
The store has a special look. Its layout takes ideas from the nearby BGC Greenway, so it feels like running on a forest trail, according to The Diarist. Inside, shoppers can find On’s running shoes and other sportswear.
On is best known for its CloudTec cushioning, which gives its shoes a soft, bouncy feel. Over time, the brand has grown beyond running. Now, it also sells gear for training, outdoor sports, tennis and everyday wear, InsiderPH reported.
On Run Club Starts on Opening Day
The fun starts outside the store too. On will launch On Run Club on opening day with a community run, The Diarist reported. In addition, partner run clubs will lead pace groups, so runners of all levels can join.
There will also be shoe trials and a talk about the brand’s technology. For example, guests may get to try the LightSpray Cloudmonster 3 Hyper and the Cloudmonster 3, while supplies last.
What SSI Said About the Opening
Anton Huang, president and CEO of SSI Group, shared his excitement. “We are excited to introduce On to the Philippines,” he said, according to The Diarist. He added that the store and the run club aim to go “beyond retail” by building a community and getting more Filipinos to stay active.
Earlier, when SSI first announced the deal, Huang said the company was glad to “partner with On as it embarks on its next phase of growth in the Philippines,” InsiderPH reported.
