Free Matcha Festivals Hit TriNoma and Eastwood This April 16-19

Metro Manila’s green tea craze reaches a fever pitch this month. Following a massive debut run in Glorietta, event organizer Souk doubles down on the matcha madness. Souk brings back its highly anticipated Matcha Fest for two back-to-back, four-day weekend events.

You can leave your wallets for the entrance fee at home. Souk opens the doors to both festivals completely free of charge.

Kick Off the Weekend at TriNoma Activity Center

The first leg takes over the Ayala Malls TriNoma Activity Center from April 16 to 19, 2026. Souk gathers over 10 top-tier merchants to serve you everything from classic whisked lattes to decadent green tea pastries.

You can grab a cup from local favorites like Matcha House, Matcha with Pat, Rai Matcha, Match Better Cafe, Le Bon Matcha, and Matchanese.

If you crave sweet treats to pair with your drink, you can visit dessert stalls like More Matcha, Acay, Huddle up Matcha, Soft Brews Club, and Dear Aure. Famous local bakery Twenty Four Bakeshop also joins the lineup to satisfy your cookie cravings.

The organizers ensure the vibe stays high as the sun goes down. Live musicians Gone, JB Bolanos, and Beywolf take the stage for mini gigs from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can also document your caffeine-fueled weekend with your friends at the Tara Photobooth.

Keep the Green Tea Party Going at Eastwood City

If you miss the first run—or simply need a second dose—the festival moves to the East. The green tea party continues at Eastwood Central Plaza from April 23 to 26, 2026.

This second leg brings even more variety to the table. You can explore drinks from Matcha Bar by The Coffee Series, Whisk a Sip, Sip Happens, Whisked Matcha Bar, Match More, and Sari Matcha.

Fan favorites Genki Matcha By Lubay, Treaty Whisk, Whisk and Seek, Zenji Matcha, and One Cup Matcha also join the Eastwood roster. Acclaimed local pastry house Butterboy rounds out the food selection with its signature croissants and baked goods.

Shop Local Lifestyle Brands Between Sips

Souk elevates the Eastwood leg by adding a curated lifestyle market. You can sip your iced lattes while browsing trendy apparel from Gallery Vetements and B.E.C. Clothing.

If you love collecting charming knick-knacks and “anik-anik”, Art Patch offers a booth full of unique finds. Finally, you can create physical memories of your festival experience by visiting the Candied Fotos booth.

These back-to-back weekends offer the perfect opportunity to meet fellow matcha enthusiasts and discover incredible local Filipino brands. Clear your schedule this April, invite your friends, and get your ultimate matcha fix.
