Last Updated on October 22, 2026 by Over Here Toronto
Two major mobility shows are running at SMX Convention Center Manila from October 22 to 24, 2026. The 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS 14) and the first Philippine International Truck Show (PITS) bring electric cars, charging systems, trucks, and commercial transport solutions to the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.
The events offer different views of the transport industry. PEVS focuses on electric mobility, while PITS puts trucks and business transport at the center.
Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit Brings EVs and Charging Technology

The 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit runs in Halls 2 to 4 at SMX Manila. Organized by the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP), this year’s event carries the theme āDriving ASEAN Forward: Building an Integrated Electric Mobility Ecosystem.ā
Visitors can see electric vehicles, learn about charging options, and compare models from several automotive brands. The lineup includes passenger cars, SUVs, electric two-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. Select models will also be available for test drives.
The event goes beyond vehicle displays. It also covers home and fleet charging, batteries, energy management, and connected mobility systems. Visitors can speak with financing and insurance partners, too. In addition, the summit features discussions on policies and developments that may shape electric vehicle adoption in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia.
Brands participating in the event include BYD, Kia, Toyota, Nissan, MG, Zeekr, Deepal, Changan, and others. This gives potential buyers a chance to compare different options in one place before making a purchase decision.
For the schedule and registration details, visit the official PEVS 14 website. General admission is listed at ā±100 at the gate, while students with a valid school ID can enter for free, according to Autocar Philippines.
Philippine International Truck Show Focuses on Commercial Transport
At Hall 1, the first Philippine International Truck Show brings together truck manufacturers, vehicle body builders, and companies that support the transport and logistics sectors. The Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA) and the Automotive Body Manufacturers Association of the Philippines (ABMAP) organize the event under the theme āDriving Progress Together.ā
The show features trucks, buses, body applications, and solutions for businesses that move goods and people. It also gives fleet operators, logistics companies, contractors, and entrepreneurs a place to compare vehicle options and speak directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
Participating truck brands include Isuzu, Hino, Toyota, Fuso, Foton, DAF, JMC, CMC Commercial Vehicles, and MAN. Local body builders will also present different vehicle configurations for business use.
The event may be useful for companies planning to add vehicles to their fleets or replace older units. Visitors can ask about vehicle configurations, operating needs, and available show offers. Organizers have also announced special discounts and promotional packages from participating exhibitors.
PITS runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on October 22 and 23, then from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on October 24. Admission is free. Check the official PITS website for updates.
Toyota Brings Different Vehicles to Both Shows
Toyota Motor Philippines will take part in both events, giving visitors a look at its passenger and commercial vehicle offerings.
At PEVS, Toyota and Lexus will display electrified models, including the Toyota bZ4X, Hilux BEV, Zenix HEV, and Corolla Cross HEV, along with the Lexus ES and RZ. Select vehicles will have test-drive opportunities.
At PITS, Toyota will present the Tamaraw Multi-Purpose Utility Vehicle (MPUV) and several Tamaraw conversions. These include a freezer van, dropside, utility van, food truck, and fire truck. Visitors can also test-drive the Tamaraw Utility Van and GL Dropside.
