Second Disney Store in the Philippines Opens at SM North EDSA
The second official Disney Store in the Philippines opened its doors on September 6, 2025, at SM North EDSA. The new store is operated by International Toy World Inc. (ITWI) and is located on Level 2 of The Block.
This opening comes after the successful launch of the first Disney Store in Southeast Asia at SM Mall of Asia in 2024. The new Quezon City location makes it easier for fans in the northern part of Metro Manila to shop for exclusive Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars merchandise.
What’s Inside the New Store
The SM North EDSA branch offers a wide range of authentic Disney Store products that were previously hard to find in the country. Shoppers can expect to see:
- Collections from Disney Store Japan, including the popular Urupocha-chan plush toys and the Cherry Blossom series.
- Merchandise from Disney Parks, such as the iconic Ear Headbands and Disney Wishables collectibles.
- Store-only exclusives, like the Stitch in Denim collection.
- A large assortment of other items, including plush toys, figurines, costumes, apparel, and homeware.
The store is also designed to be an experience for visitors, featuring large digital screens and themed areas for photos.
Statements on the New Opening
Leaders from both ITWI and Disney commented on the new store.
“We are incredibly delighted to open our second Disney Store by SM in the Philippines at SM North EDSA,” said Rose Marie M. Dylim, president of ITWI. She noted that the positive response to the first store showed a strong demand from local fans.
Sara Grewal, Vice President of Disney Retail Asia-Pacific, added, “Local fans of all ages can enjoy more of the stories they love from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars, closer to home.”
A New Destination for Fans
The opening of the SM North EDSA branch provides a new hub for collectors and families in the area. From Disney Princess costumes to Funko Pops and Animators’ dolls, the store offers a wide selection of items for all ages.
