Oktoberfest at Solaire 2025: Manila’s Most Authentic Beer Festival Returns Bigger Than Ever
Mark your calendars for October 9 to 11, 2025, because Oktoberfest at Solaire is back—and this year’s celebration is set to be the most epic yet. Hosted in partnership with German Club Manila, the 85th edition of the country’s largest Bavarian beer fest transforms the Solaire Grand Ballroom into a vibrant indoor Biergarten, complete with traditional tunes, overflowing beer, and bottomless food.
Experience Munich—Without Leaving Manila
Forget long flights and jet lag. If you’ve ever dreamed of celebrating Oktoberfest the authentic way, this is it. Expect rows of long wooden tables, live oompah music, and German waitstaff serving over 25,000 liters of Hofbräu beer, flown in straight from Munich.
On all three nights, the Bavarian Sound Express, a lively 11-piece band from Germany, will lead the festivities with polkas, folk songs, and crowd-favorite sing-alongs that build into full-on table dancing.
And yes, lederhosen and dirndls are highly encouraged.
Feast Like You’re in Bavaria
Get ready for all-you-can-eat German food, served family-style. Each table will be treated to:
- Brotkorb (bread basket), pretzels, cold cuts, and cheeses
- Sausage salads, potato salad, smoked salmon, and crispy pork knuckles
- Bavarian mains like schnitzels, meatloaf, rotisserie chicken, and Rindsgulasch (beef goulash)
- Rich desserts like apple strudel, Kaiserschmarrn, and Black Forest cake
