Joey Vergel de Dios of Carmen’s Best shared that they wanted to work with a brand that shared their love for honest food. “We saw in Rebel the same commitment to doing things right,” she said. The teams kept the desserts simple but thoughtful, focusing on comfort food that Filipinos already love.

The collaboration features three special desserts. Each one pairs a warm, buttery pastry from Rebel Bakehouse with the cool, creamy ice cream of Carmen’s Best. They did not try to invent something totally new. Instead, they took familiar favorites and made them even better. Think of a classic cookie à la mode, a croissant cone, or an ice cream sandwich, but elevated with top-notch local ingredients.
