First-Ever World Pet Expo Opens in Manila This Week
Pet lovers in Manila have a new event to look forward to this week. The first-ever World Pet Expo is set to run from September 25 to 28, 2025, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City.
Organized by Worldbex Services International, the four-day event is a celebration of the human-animal bond and the growing pet culture in the Philippines. It aims to bring together pet owners, animal welfare advocates, and industry professionals under one roof. Admission is free for all attendees.
Highlights of the Four-Day Event
The expo will feature a mix of activities and showcases for the entire pet community. Attendees can expect to see:
- Pet fashion shows
- Adoption drives hosted by animal welfare groups
- Live grooming demonstrations
- Expert-led forums on pet care, wellness, and innovation
- Interactive zones showcasing the latest in pet food, accessories, and sustainable products
Prominent organizations like the Philippine Best Bullies Registry and BF Homes Animal Welfare Advocates will also be participating.
A Focus on Community and Welfare
The World Pet Expo is designed to be more than just a trade show. With support from partners like Doggo Philippines, YumYum Dog Food, and the ABS-CBN Foundation, the event emphasizes education, sustainability, and social responsibility within the pet community.
This year, Ms. International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago is also joining as the brand ambassador for Doggo Philippines, helping to spread awareness for animal welfare.
