Filipino HIYILYs have another reason to celebrate. Hwang In-Youp is officially returning to Manila as part of his 2026 HWANG IN-YOUP fan meeting tour “To you.” The South Korean actor will meet fans once again after announcing a new global tour that spans Asia and South America.
